Creating an Elevated Digital Presence for Tulsa’s Premier Soundscapes Provider
SPRINT CASE STUDY
Transforming a brand foundation into a stunning, user-friendly home for Tulsa’s most immersive sound healing experience.
Amy, the owner of Soundscapes Tulsa, knew that the work she provided was life-changing, but her digital presence didn’t reflect the elevated experience her company provides. Her previous website was a bit outdated in design but also difficult to navigate for those new to sound experiences. Additionally, as an owner who needed to update events and offerings frequently, the Wordpress landscape was difficult to manage without outside help.
Instead of being a tool that streamlined her business, the website became a source of frustration—both for her and for those trying to connect with her work. A lack of clear calls to action meant potentially lost opportunities, and without a functional website, Amy found herself spending extra time explaining her offerings and helping determine “right-fit” rather than focusing on the transformative experiences she provided.
She needed a solution that was beautiful, easy to manage, and, most importantly, one that truly reflected the depth of what Soundscapes Tulsa offers.
The Challenge
Bringing clarity, ease, and professionalism to Soundscapes Tulsa’s digital presence.
Before working with Aligned Marketing, Soundscapes Tulsa faced a significant digital challenge: their existing marketing assets were inconsistent, difficult to manage, and lacked the clear messaging and functionality needed to attract and convert ideal clients.
Owner Amy, a highly skilled and intuitive soundscape practitioner, offered transformative experiences but struggled to showcase the depth and value of her services online. She needed a website that not only reflected her brand’s spiritual and high-level expertise but also made it simple for clients to book sessions, explore offerings, and understand the impact of sound healing.
Why Soundscapes Tulsa Chose Aligned
A long-term partnership built on trust, brand evolution, and strategic growth.
Amy had worked with Aligned Marketing over several years to refine her brand identity, from logos and color palettes to messaging and positioning. When it became clear that Soundscapes Tulsa needed a robust digital home base to attract right-fit clients and streamline operations, the choice to engage Aligned Marketing for a website sprint was natural.
Our deep understanding of her brand, combined with our expertise in strategy, messaging, and web development, made us the perfect fit to bring her vision to life.
Before diving into website development, we revisited all prior brand work to ensure consistency and alignment. We conducted a messaging deep dive to refine how Soundscapes Tulsa communicates its value—striking a balance between its spiritual, experiential nature and the practical need for clear, actionable calls to action.
The Process
Part One: Revisiting the Brand & Strategic Messaging
Part Two: Choosing the Right Platform
With Amy’s needs in mind, we evaluated various website platforms and ultimately recommended Squarespace. This choice allowed for a visually stunning, professional, and easy-to-manage site that did not require ongoing developer support—an essential factor for a small business owner looking to maintain autonomy.
Part Three: Website Architecture & Copywriting
We structured the website to cater to both seasoned sound healing enthusiasts and newcomers unfamiliar with the practice. The site now clearly outlines offerings, explains the transformative power of soundscapes, and includes intuitive navigation for booking and event updates. The copywriting was carefully crafted to speak to both spiritually-inclined and more traditional audiences, ensuring accessibility while maintaining the integrity of the brand’s deep, immersive experience.
Part Four: Training & Future Growth
To ensure long-term success, we provided in-depth training on website management. Amy now has the confidence to update events, add new programs, and maintain the site with ease. We also built in space for future growth, ensuring that additional photography, video, and content can be seamlessly integrated over time.
With a mindful and collaborative spirit, this sprint accomplished the goals outlined in our original scope - a beautiful, on-brand, and intuitive digital presence for Soundscapes Tulsa.
Within weeks after launching the new site, Soundscapes Tulsa saw an uptick in private session inquiries! Perhaps even more importantly, Amy’s confidence in her brand and how the organization was represented across the Tulsa region grew – resulting in an aligned brand that truly feels premier!
A stunning, professional website that authentically represents Soundscapes Tulsa’s transformative work.
Increased clarity and ease of booking, making it simple for potential clients to understand and engage with offerings.
An empowered business owner with full control over website updates, reducing reliance on outside developers.
A strong foundation for future growth, with a website designed to evolve alongside the business.
The Results
BEFORE: While Soundscapes Tulsa had a previous web presence, they were ready for a refresh and a full brand and marketing overhaul. The current site spoke to the expertise of the owner, but they weren’t seeing the results or conversions necessary to scale.
Moving at the pace that was comfortable for this client, we spent several months working through different possible brand directions, selecting messaging, a palette, fonts, and an overall design strategy that matched both the present and future of this brand.
From there, the resulting designs for web and print reflected the ethereal, spiritual, and professionalism of the brand, while focusing on benefits and results for prospective soundscapes customers.
Taking into account all of our developed messaging and brand guidelines, we drafted all copy and designed a branded Squarespace website, which would be easy for the owner of Soundscapes Tulsa to manage in-house, while speaking directly to their target client!
