This resulted in a detailed messaging guide that outlined the exact language to use across her brand—from service descriptions to social media positioning—ensuring consistency and resonance with her audience.

With messaging locked in, we developed:
A bold yet professional logo
A color palette and typography that matched Blair’s fun but expert-driven brand

The Results
We first began with a comprehensive Messaging Workshop, during which we uncovered who Int[e3]grated Solutions serves and why. This resulted in a Messaging Guide that we would use as the basis of all copywriting and visual assets.
From there, the design team got to work. We created several iterations of palette, iconography, visual asset design, logo, and fonts. Working with the owner of Int[e3]grated, we narrowed down which approach felt most like the vision of the business.
Next, we narrowed in on the final visual identity for the brand and developed an easy-to-use brand board that would create consistency and professionalism across all Int[e3]grated assets.
Taking into account all of our developed messaging and brand guidelines, we copywrote and designed a branded Squarespace website, which would be easy for the owner of Int[e3]grated to manage in-house, while speaking directly to their target client!
Madeline developed a comprehensive next-step marketing plan with this client, including links to key resources, KPI’s, Content Pillars, and a “next steps” list to help the brand continue to grrow.
This particular site was developed on SquareSpace, since we knew Int[e3[grated Solutions would need to manage their site in-house. We provided a robust training and materials to the owner, optimized the site for mobile, and added all SEO information for a smooth transition!
